2. General Notes and Mandatory Information

Data Protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

When you use this website, various personal data are collected. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

We point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g., when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Note on the Responsible Party

The responsible party for data processing on this website is:

Musikkapelle Großköllnbach
Julia Bauer (1st Chairwoman)
St. Georgs-Platz 3
94431 Großköllnbach

Email: kontakt@musikkapelle-gkb.de

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, email addresses, etc.).

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient for this purpose. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Right of Appeal to the Competent Supervisory Authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged violation. The right of appeal exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht - BayLDA).

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.

Information, Blocking, Deletion

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data at any time. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

3. Data Collection on Our Website

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the page previously visited)
  • Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
  • Time of the server request
  • Protocol type

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures as well as for the protection of legitimate interests (ensuring IT security and smooth operation).

Contacting Us (via Email or Contact Form)

If you send us inquiries via email or any contact form, your details from the inquiry, including the contact details you provided there (e.g., name, email address), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, provided that your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested.

The data you send to us will remain with us until you request us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

4. Image and Media Material (Club Activities)

As a music association, we publish reports on our performances, concerts, festivals, and club life on our website. This also includes the publication of photos and videos in which members of the association or participants of events may be visible.

Members: The processing and publication of photos of our members is carried out in the context of fulfilling our statutory club purposes or on the basis of consent declarations (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR) granted in the course of joining the association or separately.

Public Events: In the case of recordings of public events (e.g., plaza concerts, festive parades), publication is based on our legitimate interest in documenting and presenting our club work to the public in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, unless the legitimate interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the persons depicted override this.

If you do not agree to the publication of a photo showing you or your child, please contact us. We will remove the corresponding image from the website immediately.
